How the program works
From first consult to steady progress — here's exactly what the program looks like, and what it costs, before you commit to anything.
№ 01
A 20-minute consult with a licensed provider, then baseline labs. We review your history, your goals, and whether GLP-1 medication is safe and appropriate for you.
№ 02
If you're eligible, your provider prescribes your medication and builds your plan: starting dose, titration schedule, nutrition foundations, and exactly what your month costs.
№ 03
Refills, dose adjustments, and side-effect support at a monthly visit — with a care team you can message between appointments as your body responds.

Initial eligibility labs are billed at cost. Medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate — if it isn't right for you, we'll tell you, and you don't pay for a program you don't start. HSA/FSA cards accepted. Individual results vary.

Medical supervision
Typical candidates have a BMI of 30+, or 27+ alongside conditions like high blood pressure or insulin resistance. Eligibility is always determined by your provider at consult, never by a quiz.
Prescriptions are written by our licensed nurse practitioner and reviewed by our board-certified medical director. Nothing is prescribed until your history and baseline labs have been reviewed, and your provider stays reachable between visits.
Baseline metabolic labs before any prescription
Personal + family history review — conditions like medullary thyroid carcinoma, MEN 2, pancreatitis, and pregnancy rule GLP-1s out
Current medications checked for interactions
A clear side-effect plan before your first dose
If GLP-1 medication isn't safe or appropriate for you, we'll say so plainly — and talk through what else can help.

The program is cash-pay with one transparent monthly price — no surprise pharmacy or dispensing fees. HSA/FSA cards are accepted for eligible services, financing is available through Cherry and Affirm, and we can provide an itemized receipt to submit to your insurer. Reimbursement depends on your plan.
Plateaus are a normal part of weight care, not a failure. Your provider reviews your dose, nutrition, sleep, and labs, then adjusts the plan — which may or may not mean a medication change. We never promise a number on the scale.
The most common are digestive — nausea, constipation, or reflux, usually around dose increases. We start low, increase slowly, and give you a symptom plan before your first dose. Your care team is reachable between visits, and severe symptoms always warrant prompt medical care.
A licensed provider you meet face to face. Prescriptions are written by our nurse practitioner and reviewed by our board-certified medical director — always after your history and baseline labs, never from an online quiz.
Not necessarily — the right duration is personal. Some patients taper once habits and health markers are steady; others benefit from longer-term support. It's a decision you make with your provider and revisit at your check-ins.
A 20-minute eligibility consult, free. No pressure, ever.
