File the claim — and name your shop
Report the accident to your insurer (or the other driver's). When they ask where the car is going, say Ridgeline Collision Center. That's all it takes — the choice of shop is yours by right.

Estimate and blueprint teardown
We write the estimate, then tear down the damaged area before repairs begin — because the worst damage is usually behind the bumper cover. Everything is photographed and documented.

Supplements, direct with the adjuster
Hidden damage means a supplement to the original estimate. We negotiate it directly with the insurer, backed by our photos — you don't referee that conversation.

Repair, quality check, delivery
Structure, panels, paint, calibration — then a final check against the repair plan, a wash, and a walk-through with your lifetime warranty paperwork at pickup.
