Do you take my insurance?
We accept most PPO plans — including Delta Dental, Blue Cross of Idaho, Cigna, MetLife, Aetna, and Guardian — and we file claims even when we’re out-of-network. Send us your card before your visit and we’ll verify exactly what’s covered.
I haven’t been in years. Will I get a lecture?
No. Roughly a third of our new patients haven’t seen a dentist in 5+ years. We care about where your mouth goes from here, not where it’s been. Expect a calm exam and a plan sorted by what’s urgent versus what can wait.
Is there a catch to the $89 new-patient visit?
None. It covers the comprehensive exam, full digital X-rays, and an oral cancer screening — normally $246. You leave with a written plan and exact prices whether or not you book anything else. If you have insurance, your plan usually covers this visit at 100% instead.
Do you see kids?
Yes — ages 3 and up. We book family blocks so parents and kids can be seen back-to-back in one trip, and early-morning slots mean nobody misses school.
What if I have a dental emergency?
Call us first thing — we hold same-day slots every morning for toothaches, chips, and lost crowns. Existing patients get an after-hours line for urgent guidance.
How does financing work?
For treatment over a few hundred dollars, you can apply for CareCredit or Sunbit from your phone in about two minutes — soft credit check, instant decision. Many plans are 0% for 12 months; longer terms are available for implants and aligners.
