The $89 rate is for patients without dental insurance. Insured? Exam + X-rays are usually covered at 100% — we’ll confirm before you arrive.

Paperwork, already done
Your intake forms arrive by text and email when you book — five minutes on your phone, done from the couch. Walk in, say hi, sit down.
№ 02 · First 20 minutes
Photos + X-rays
Low-dose digital X-rays and intraoral photos, so you can see what we see on the big screen — not squint at a tiny film.
№ 03 · The exam
Meet Dr. Alder
A full exam — teeth, gums, bite, and an oral cancer screening — with honest talk about what’s urgent, what’s coming, and what’s fine to leave alone.
№ 04 · Before you leave
Your plan, priced
A written plan with exact fees, insurance estimates applied, and financing options if you want them. When schedules allow, we do your cleaning the same day.
Insurance
Bring your card. We do the rest.
Text or email us a photo of your insurance card when you book — we verify your benefits before your visit and estimate your out-of-pocket in writing.
Plan not listed? We work with most PPO plans and file out-of-network claims for you, so you still use your benefits here.

The checklist
What to bring (it’s a short list)
- Photo ID and your insurance card, if you have one
- A list of medications you take (a phone photo of the bottles works)
- Old X-rays if you have them — we can request transfers for you
- Your questions. Seriously, write them down — the exam is your time.
A note on forms
All intake and consent forms are digital and arrive when you book. Prefer paper? Come 10 minutes early and we’ll have coffee and a clipboard ready.
Nervous patients
Tell us when you book. We’ll schedule extra time, explain everything before it happens, and agree on a hand signal that stops everything, instantly. Nitrous is available for cleanings and treatment alike.
