The process
Three visits. About three to four months.
Most of that time is quiet healing while the implant fuses with your bone. Actual chair time: a few hours, total.

Consult + 3D scan
A cone-beam 3D scan maps your bone, nerves, and sinuses. You see the plan on screen, get your fixed all-in price in writing, and decide on your own time. Free, about 40 minutes.
№ 02 · Week 1–2
Placement
The titanium implant is placed under local anesthetic — most patients are surprised it’s easier than the extraction was. Plan on ibuprofen and a soft dinner, then back to work tomorrow.
№ 03 · Month 3–4
The new tooth
Once fused, we attach the abutment and your custom porcelain crown, matched to its neighbors. You chew, floss, and forget which tooth it was.

What everyone asks at the consult
Does getting an implant hurt?
Placement is done under local anesthetic and most patients report less soreness than a tooth extraction — typically a day or two of ibuprofen. Sedation options are available if dental anxiety is the bigger hurdle.
How long do implants last?
The titanium implant itself routinely lasts decades — often for life — with normal brushing, flossing, and checkups. The crown on top may need replacing after 10–15 years of chewing, like any crown.
I was told I don’t have enough bone. Is that final?
Usually not. Bone grafting rebuilds the site in most cases, adding a few months and $450–$900 to the plan. The 3D scan gives a definitive answer — bring us the “no” you got elsewhere and we’ll show you what we see.
Will insurance cover any of it?
Many PPO plans now cover part of the crown, and some cover part of the implant. We verify your specific benefits before the consult and fold them into your written quote, so the number you see is your real out-of-pocket.
What about replacing several teeth?
Two implants can carry a bridge of three or four teeth — you don’t need one implant per tooth. Multi-tooth cases are quoted per case at the free consult, and financing terms stretch accordingly.
