What we do
Design it, build it, keep it alive. Most of our maintenance clients started with one project — and most of our builds started with a mow.

Cal walks the property with you, hears how you want to live out there, and gives you an honest budget range on the spot. Free, about 45 minutes.
02
A scaled plan and 3D walkthrough of your yard — grading, stone, plants, lighting. The design fee is credited back when you build with us.
03
One dedicated crew, a posted schedule, and a fixed written price. You get a text update with photos every week until the final walk-through.
Service area
Tight routes are why the crew shows up on time. If you’re inside the loop below, you’re on a route already.
Just outside it? Ask anyway — design-build projects travel further than mowing routes do.
Maintenance routes run Monday–Friday by neighborhood; your visit day stays the same all season.
Neighbors’ words
★★★★★
“Cal sketched three terrace options on our walk-through and told us which one he wouldn’t build and why. The bid was $42K; the final invoice was $42K.”
★★★★★
“Started with the $59 cut two summers ago. Same two guys every Thursday, gate always latched, and a photo when they’re done. That’s the whole review.”
★★★★★
“Our lawn was the worst on the street. One season of the turf program and the neighbors asked who we use. It wasn’t magic — it was six visits on schedule.”
★★★★★
“Irrigation main split on a Friday in July. Texted the office at 7 AM, crew was out by 10, and the bill matched the range they texted first. Rare these days.”
Good questions
Something else on your mind? Call the office — a person answers.
Call (615) 555-0129Mow, string-trim around every edge and obstacle, crisp edging on walks and drives, and a full blow-down of hard surfaces. $59 covers lawns up to about a half acre with normal access; we confirm your exact per-visit price before the first cut, and it doesn’t change mid-season.
Not for The Cut — it’s per-visit and you can pause anytime with a text. Beds + Turf and Estate Care are season contracts (March–November) because the fertilization and pruning steps only work as a sequence. Contracts prorate if you move mid-season.
Design usually starts within 2–3 weeks of your walk-through. Build crews typically run 6–10 weeks out in spring and 3–5 weeks in late summer and fall — the quietest (and often fastest) time to build. Your proposal includes a real start window, not a guess.
We run tight routes across Franklin, Brentwood, Nolensville, Thompson’s Station, Spring Hill, Arrington, and College Grove. If you’re on the edge of that map, ask — design-build travels further than weekly mowing does.
Yes. Turf and ornamental chemical applications in Tennessee require a charter from the Department of Agriculture, and ours is current — ask to see it. It’s worth asking any company that touches your lawn with a spreader.
For projects over $10K we work with partner lenders offering 0% same-as-cash for 12 months and longer fixed-rate terms. You apply from your phone in a few minutes; approval doesn’t obligate you to build. Financing is optional — plenty of clients phase the project across two seasons instead.
Three fields, sixty seconds. The office texts you a walk-through window and a straight answer on price.
