Pricing
Prices and ranges shown on this site are honest starting points drawn from recent work, but they are not offers. Your price is the one in your written proposal or maintenance quote, and it doesn’t change without a written change order that you approve first.
Estimates + proposals
Submitting the estimate form asks us to contact you; it doesn’t create a contract or reserve a crew. Work is scheduled only after you approve a written proposal, and deposits are collected only against a start date on the calendar.
Financing
Financing options described on this site are provided by third-party lenders, are subject to credit approval, and are governed by the lender’s terms — which the lender shows you before you accept. We’re not a lender and don’t make credit decisions.
Reviews + project examples
Reviews and project descriptions reflect individual properties and seasons. Your soil, slope, sun, and HOA are their own adventure — results and timelines vary.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Stonebrook Outdoor Co. Design plans and 3D renders we produce for you are yours to keep per your design agreement.
Liability
This website is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits the workmanship warranty in your written proposal.
