Four jobs. Each done the careful way.
No glass job is "just glass" anymore. Every service below has a spec, a cure time, or a calibration attached — and we put all three in writing.

Windshield replacement
Full-perimeter urethane bond, OEM or OE-equivalent glass, and a written safe drive-away time — because the windshield carries roof-crush load and backs the passenger airbag.

Rock chip & crack repair
Resin injected under vacuum, cured under UV, sanded flush — about 30 minutes, and it stops the crack from running. Smaller than a quarter? Almost always repairable.

ADAS camera calibration
Lane-keep, emergency braking, and adaptive cruise all look through your windshield. After any replacement they need recalibration to a half-degree spec — we do it in-house, same visit.

Mobile — we come to you
Same glass, same urethane, same warranty — in your driveway or office lot. Two vans run set routes across Spokane; the board below shows where they are today.
Read your own crack. Then call us.
We'd rather repair your glass than sell you a windshield — a repair is faster, cheaper, and keeps the factory seal. Here's the honest chart we use at the counter.
Smaller than a quarter? Repair it. Today.
Three more disqualifiers: damage at the edge of the glass, damage in the driver's direct sightline, and anything inside the camera's view cone. We'll tell you which you have from a texted photo.
After the glass, the cameras.
If your car has lane-keep assist, automatic emergency braking, or adaptive cruise, its forward camera looks through the windshield we just replaced. New glass moves that camera's world by fractions of a degree — enough to matter at highway distance.
- S-01
Static calibration, in the bay. Printed targets on stands, positioned to the millimeter under controlled light, exactly per your manufacturer's procedure.
- S-02
Dynamic calibration, on the road. A scan tool rides along while the camera relearns lane geometry at speed. Some cars need one, some the other, many need both.
- S-03
The printout in your hand. You leave with the pre/post scan report — proof for you, your insurer, and the next owner that the systems were returned to spec.
Your policy. Your car. Your choice of shop.
When you call the "glass line" on your insurance card, you're often talking to a network run by a national chain. You are never required to use them — in every state, the shop is your choice. We handle the claim from here.
Call us first, not the claim line
Bring us the year, make, model and a photo. We verify your glass coverage and deductible before anything is filed — sometimes a repair is cheaper than your deductible, and we'll say so.
We file it with you on the line
Ten minutes, one three-way call. Comprehensive glass claims are handled separately from collision claims, and repairs are often covered with the deductible waived entirely.
We bill the insurer directly
You pay your deductible if one applies — nothing else. The invoice, the calibration report, and the warranty all go in your glovebox and your inbox.
Put plainly: "you have to use our network shop" is not a thing. Washington, like every state, leaves the choice of repairer to you. If a claim rep pushes, hand us the phone — it's a conversation we have every week.
The vans run a board, not a maybe.
Two mobile units cover greater Spokane on set half-day routes. Book into the half-day for your area and we give you a two-hour window — not an all-day shrug. Same glass, same urethane, same lifetime warranty as the shop.
Replacements need a flat spot, about 90 minutes, and dry weather above 15°F — below that, or in rain, we'll book you into the shop or a covered spot instead. Chips can be done almost anywhere you're parked.

The glass disappears. The habit stays.
“Texted a photo of the chip at 8am, was in a bay by 11, out by 11:40. They showed me the cured repair under the light before I paid. You can barely find it.”
“Insurance kept steering me to the chain. Prism handled the claim call with me, matched the OEM glass, and the lane-keep actually works better than before.”
“They came to my office lot, had the back glass swapped during my 1 o'clock, and vacuumed every cube of tempered glass out of the seats. Didn't miss a meeting.”
Fictional sample quotes — replace with your real Google reviews. The read-me shows where.
Two photos. One text back. A real number.
Send the damage and your VIN plate (or just year, make, model). During open hours we text back an exact quote — glass, moldings, calibration if your car needs it — in about 15 minutes. No "starting at."
