Two bays, two vans, and a strong opinion about urethane.

Prism is an independent glass shop on North Monroe. No call center, no franchise playbook — the person who quotes your glass can see the rack it's sitting on, and the technician who sets it signs the invoice. We built the shop around one idea: glass work is safety work, so every step follows the written procedure, and every promise goes on paper.

The shop, in numbers

Small on purpose. Equipped like it isn't.

2 + 2

Two install bays, two mobile vans — enough to cover the map without turning your appointment into a cattle call.

BAY 2

A dedicated calibration bay — surveyed floor, laser-set targets, OEM procedures on screen. Most independents sublet this; we bought the floor space instead.

200+

Panes in stock across the common Spokane fleet — Outbacks, F-150s, RAV4s, Silverados — so "tomorrow morning" is the usual answer, not the lucky one.

1 PAGE

The warranty fits on one page because it doesn't need fine print: workmanship, leaks, whistles, and stress cracks from installation — covered for as long as you own the car.

House rules
R-1

The safe drive-away time is printed, not spoken — and never rounded down to flatter the schedule.

R-2

If a repair will serve you better than a replacement, you hear it from us first — even though it's the smaller ticket.

R-3

Rust found under a cut-out gets photographed and shown, not glued over.

R-4

No car with a camera leaves uncalibrated. If the calibration can't complete, the car isn't "done."

Credentials

Registered with the Auto Glass Safety Council; technicians certified to AGSC standards and the urethane maker's own training. Ask to see the current cards at the counter — we like being asked.

Who's on your car

The whole roster fits right here.

Sam K. — owner & installer

Sixteen years setting glass, the last nine running this shop. Still takes the tricky pinch-weld jobs personally. The strong opinion about urethane is his.

Rosa M. — calibration lead

Runs Bay 2 and its target rig. Reads OEM procedures for fun, which is exactly the personality you want aiming the camera that brakes your car.

Deshawn W. — mobile unit

Your driveway's technician. Keeps the van's urethane cabinet at temperature all winter and the glass rack padded like a piano mover's truck.

Sample team for the demo — replace with your real people and photos. Faces build more trust than any badge on this page.

The warranty, in writing

Lifetime on the work. Plainly worded.

For as long as you own the vehicle, we cover our workmanship: water leaks, wind whistle, molding fitment, and stress cracks originating from the installation. Bring it back, we make it right — no depreciation schedule, no "labor not included" asterisk.

Glass itself carries the manufacturer's defect warranty; new rock chips are road luck, not workmanship — but repairs of them come with their own promise: if a chip we repaired ever spreads, the repair price comes off your replacement here.

Coffee's on, the calibration rig is genuinely fun to watch, and quotes take fifteen minutes by text.
