Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what a quote needs, we use it to do your glass work, and we don't sell it. Ever.
What we collect
When you request a quote by form, text, or phone: your name, phone number, vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN), photos of the damage, your neighborhood for mobile visits, and — for insurance jobs — your carrier and claim number. That's the whole list.
What we use it for
Quoting, scheduling, ordering your glass, filing the claim you asked us to file, invoicing, and warranty records. We text and call you about your job. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who else sees it
Your insurance carrier and its glass-claims administrator, when you ask us to bill them. Our glass distributors see vehicle data (never your name) to pull the right pane. Payment processors handle card details — we never store card numbers ourselves.
This website
It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. If we add basic analytics later, this page will say which and why.
