Terms of use
Last updated 1 July 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and the appointments booked through it.
Prices
The cutting, barbering, treatment and wedding prices on this site are current and are what you pay. Colour is quoted at your consultation and written down before any product is mixed — that written quote is the price, even if the appointment runs longer than we expected. If our prices change, this site changes with them; a price you were quoted in person stands for thirty days.
Consultations and patch testing
Any new colour service requires a consultation and an allergy alert test at least 48 hours beforehand. This is a condition of our insurance as well as our own rule, and we cannot waive it — not for a wedding, not for a last-minute booking, not for anyone. If you have had a reaction to hair dye, henna, or a black henna tattoo, tell us at the consultation.
Results
Hair is not a uniform material. Colour outcomes depend on your hair's history, texture, porosity and condition, and two people given the same formula will not always finish in the same place. We will tell you honestly what we expect before we start. What we don't do is promise a specific result on the internet.
If something isn't right
Come back within fourteen days and we will correct our work at no charge. That means fixing what we did — not carrying out a different service you've since decided you'd prefer. Tell us early; we'd much rather sort it than have you live with it and quietly go elsewhere.
Cancellations and no-shows
- Twenty-four hours' notice: no charge.
- Inside 24 hours: 50% of the booked service.
- No-show: 50% of the booked service, and we'll ask for a deposit next time.
- Illness and emergencies are waived, always. Just tell us.
A three-chair studio genuinely cannot refill a three-hour colour appointment on the morning, which is the only reason this policy exists.
Booking requests
Submitting the form on this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your booking exists once we have replied and you have accepted a time.
Photographs
We ask permission before photographing anyone, and no changes nothing about your appointment. If you have agreed and later change your mind, tell us and the image comes down the same day.

Template note
A sensible starting point, not legal advice. Salons carry real liability around allergy testing and chemical services — have a lawyer in your state review these terms alongside your consultation record, your patch-test procedure and your insurance conditions, and make sure all four agree.
