Priced by what it takes, not by a package
Two people asking for “balayage” can need completely different amounts of work. So colour is quoted at your consultation, written down, and that number is what you pay — even if it takes us longer than we thought.
Before any new colour
A free consultation, and a strand test
Fifteen minutes at the mirror, no charge, no obligation — and a strand test at least 48 hours before the appointment. This is a hard rule. It is also why we very rarely have a colour go wrong.

Allergy alert test
Required at least 48 hours before your first colour with us, and again if you've had a reaction to any dye, henna, or a black henna tattoo. It takes two minutes and we cannot colour without it.
The small print, all of it
- Prices include the wash and finish. There is no separate charge for either.
- We do not charge more for long hair on the barbering menu, and we do not charge a “colour application fee.”
- Cancellations: 24 hours' notice, no charge. Inside 24 hours, 50% of the service. Illness and emergencies are always waived.
- If something isn't right, come back within fourteen days and we'll correct it at no charge.
- Cards and cash both fine. Tips are never expected and always split with whoever washed your hair.
