Sasha is the reason this studio has a hard rule about consultations and strand tests. She has spent enough of her career correcting other people's bleach to know that the fifteen minutes beforehand is the whole job. She will talk you out of a colour that photographs beautifully and lives badly — and she'll explain why rather than just saying no.

Dev takes forty-five minutes for a short cut because he thinks a good one can't be done in fifteen, and he's right. He is also the only person here who will happily cut your hair in complete silence if that's what you want — just say so when you sit down.
