Free, fifteen minutes, and a strand test at least 48 hours before the appointment itself. We do not skip this for anyone — including brides, including the week before a wedding.

Before anything starts, and before any number is final.

Cancelling

Twenty-four hours' notice, no charge, no lecture. Inside 24 hours we ask for half the service — a three-chair studio genuinely can't refill a two-hour colour on the morning. Illness and emergencies are always waived.

Rather just call?

Somebody picks up between clients. If nobody does, leave a message — we return them at the end of the day.
