A signed case can be worth five figures to a firm, and it starts with one form. This template is built to win that submission: practice-area pages for personal injury, family law and estate planning, a contingency explainer that answers the fee question honestly, case results framed with the disclaimers your bar requires, and a free-case-review intake that repeats on every page.

Built for: Personal-injury, family & estate firms, solo attorneys, legal marketers

Questions

Is the copy compliant with bar advertising rules?

The template ships claim-careful: results carry the required disclaimers, the footer carries attorney-advertising language, and the read-me includes a Rules 7.1–7.3 checklist. Your bar's rules vary by state — final review with your own compliance guidance is required.

Do I need to know how to code?

You need to be able to edit HTML in a text editor — open the file, change the words, save. Most buyers are legal marketers, designers or agencies. If you run the firm and would rather not touch it, we will launch it for you with your real content.

Can the intake form receive real case details?

The shipped form is intentionally unwired and the read-me explains how to connect a form service — with a caution: confidential case details should never travel through unencrypted email, and the site states no attorney-client relationship is formed by submitting.
