Salon & Barbershop Website Template
Salons & barbershops — a booking-first site where the price list is the design.

Clients pick a salon on two things: can I see the work, and what will it cost me. Most salon sites hide both behind a booking widget. This template does the opposite — the service menu is set like a printed one, with dot leaders, a stated duration and an honest note on every line, and the photography sits in an offset editorial grid around it. A stylist roster you book by name rather than by slot, a work gallery that says out loud why it isn't stock, and a consultation-first colour flow. Bodoni Moda and Jost on warm bone and mulberry — and a second skin in the box that turns the whole thing into a cool slate-and-oxblood barbershop with one extra stylesheet link.

Questions
What is the barbershop skin, exactly?
A second stylesheet in the box. Add one <link> line after site.css and the whole site swaps from warm bone and mulberry to cool slate and oxblood with square corners — same markup, same layout, same pages. Delete the line and you're back. Both skins are contrast-checked to WCAG AA, and each file documents which colour is safe for text and which is rules-only.
Can it connect to my booking system?
The booking form points wherever you send it — Square Appointments, Vagaro, Fresha, Boulevard and GlossGenius all take web leads, and Formspree or Basin will email you submissions with no backend. If you'd rather embed a booking widget outright, drop it in place of the form; the sidebar beside it is built to stand on its own.
Do I have to publish my prices?
No, but this template is designed around the assumption that you will, because that is what turns a browser into a booking. If your colour pricing genuinely varies, the demo shows the honest version of that: fixed cutting prices, colour quoted at consultation and written down before it starts.
Is the consultation and patch-test copy safe to keep?
Only if it's true for you. In most places a 48-hour allergy alert test before colour is an insurance condition — the read-me tells you to check what your insurer and state board require and to change the wording rather than claim it falsely. The template is written to be checkable; that only works if every line is.
Is this a subscription?
No — one payment and the files are yours. There is no runtime to rent, so you can host them free on Cloudflare Pages or Netlify. Twelve months of template updates are included; nothing stops working when they end.
